Do I have to study Units 1 and 2 Twentieth Century History to study Units 3 and 4 Revolutions?

No you do not. History subjects do not have to be taken in a sequence. You can go into Units 3 and 4 Revolutions without having studied Units 1 and 2 Twentieth Century History. The same applies for Ancient History.
